Facilities and other services

Olbia Airport offers a wide range of services designed to enhance the passenger experience, combining modern technology with the typical hospitality of Sardinia.

Finance and Connectivity

Within the terminal you will find cash machines operated by Banco di Sardegna and a currency exchange office run by Forexchange, mainly available during the high season. The airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi access in all areas through the “Costa Smeralda Airport Wi-Free” network. In addition, there are charging stations for mobile devices throughout the boarding areas and a business centre with meeting rooms on the upper floor.

Dining

The dining offer is varied and spread across both the public area and the boarding area. Options range from Kara Food (a modern food court with pizzeria and self-service) to specialised venues such as Grain & Grapes (fresh pasta and wines) and Fish & Wine, which offers views of the runway. The airport does not feature major international fast-food chains, prioritising local products and artisan cafés. Most outlets operate from 6:00 am until the departure of the last flight.

Shopping

The commercial area offers a wide selection of shops. Passengers can find Sardinian handicrafts, fashion, luxury accessories, bookshops, and stores selling regional food products (cheeses, cured meats and local sweets).

Baggage

  • Trolleys: Available free of charge in the car parks and arrivals areas.
  • Luggage wrapping: Available in the check-in area to protect baggage before the flight.
  • Left luggage: Located in the arrivals area, next to the information point. Operates from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. A valid identity document and flight ticket are required.
  • Lost and found: The office is located in the baggage reclaim area (Airside). It is open daily from 8:00 am until the last flight. You can contact them on +39 0789 563 456 or by email at lostandfound@geasar.it.
