Terminals
The airport has two main passenger terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 4, both operating 24 hours. There is also a separate facility for international arrivals. The terminals are linked by a complimentary shuttle that also serves parking lots and the Rental Car Center.
Annual Passenger Traffic: 6.9 million passengers transited the airport in 2024, the highest volume in more than 15 years.

In both Terminals 2 and 4, travelers will find assistance counters and a team of “ONT+ Ambassadors” available to answer questions and provide information. Courtesy phones are also distributed throughout key areas.
Location
The airport is located 3 km (2 miles) east from Ontario city centre and 56 km (35 miles) to the east of Los Angeles.

Parking services at Ontario airport (ONT)

Lot 2 & Lot 4 - Located in front of terminals 2 and 4, respectively, for short and long stays and with spaces for motorcycles.
Lot 3 - Economy car park between the previous two.
Lot 5 - Long-term parking linked to the terminals through a complimentary shuttle service every 20 minutes.
Facilities for passengers with special needs
Facilities include ramps, reserved spaces in the parking lots, elevators, adapted telephones and toilets, relief areas for service animals, accessible restaurants and transportation systems. To request a wheelchair, contact your airline at least 72 hours in advance.
