Bob Hope USO Ontario - It is in the west wing of the administrative building and opens from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Nap room, snacks, drinks, charging stations for electric devices, Wi-Fi, telephones, air conditioning, entertainment, TV, tickets for different events. Access: for the military and their families.

Aspire Lounge - Situated between gates 209 and 210 of Terminal 2, it opens from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Meals and drinks, Wi-Fi, printing, scanning and copying services, plugs for electric devices, TV, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass or LoungeKey membership, American Express Platinum or Centurion cardholders, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD45.00).

Aspire Lounge - Available from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm between gates 410 and 411 of Terminal 4. Only for domestic flights. Maximum stays: 3 hours. Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, VIP lounges, public telephones and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 4 hours. On the upper level of terminals 2 and 4, there are business centres with postal, internet and fax services, while at the major hotels nearby there are meeting and conference rooms.

Food and Drinks

There are some restaurants, pizza places, coffee shops, bars and vending machines inside terminals 2 and 4.

Shopping

Options include stores selling souvenirs, jewellery, books, sweets, electronics and newsagents.

Baggage

Luggage cart rental in the baggage reclaim areas. The lost and found office is situated in Terminal 2, behind the information desk, and operates Mondays through Fridays between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm (Tel +1 909 544 5128; online form).
