Terminal 3
Delta Sky Club
A modern space ideal for working or relaxing before your flight.
Location: South Concourse, near gate F8.
Hours: 4:45 am to 12:15 am.
Access: Delta Sky Club members, Delta One passengers, American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders (flying on Delta). Note: Not available for Basic Economy fares.
Escape Lounge - The Centurion® Studio Partner
Offers a menu inspired by local cuisine and a curated selection of wines and cocktails.
Location: Mezzanine Level, accessible from the corridor between the E and F gates.
Hours: 4:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Access: American Express Platinum, Centurion and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders. You can also pay at the door (approx. USD45.00) or book online at a discount.
United Club
Standard United lounge with views over the ramp.
Location: Near gate E3.
Hours: 5:00 am to 11:30 pm.
Access: United Club members, United Polaris passengers, Star Alliance Gold members (on international flights), and active-duty military.
Terminal 4
American Airlines Admirals Club
As American’s main hub, this terminal features three Admirals Club locations.
Locations & Hours:
- A Gates (A7): 5:00 am to 10:30 pm.
- A Gates (A19): 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- B Gates (B5): 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Access: Admirals Club membership, Flagship/Business passengers on eligible routes, oneworld Emerald/Sapphire members, and Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive cardholders.
The Centurion Lounge
One of the airport’s most exclusive lounges, located next to the Escape Lounge.
Location: Upper level, across from gate B22.
Hours: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Access: Exclusively for American Express Platinum, Centurion and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders.
Escape Lounge - The Centurion® Studio Partner
Located next to The Centurion Lounge, it’s a comfortable alternative if you don’t hold a Platinum card.
Location: Across from gate B22.
Hours: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Access: American Express Platinum/Centurion/Delta Reserve cardholders. Paid access available at the door or with an advance booking.
Chase Sapphire Terrace
A unique open-air terrace with bar service and grab-and-go snacks.
Location: Near gate D1.
Hours: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Access: Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders (may bring up to two guests). Priority Pass is only accepted once per calendar year for cards other than Sapphire Reserve.
USO Arizona Center
A “home away from home” for members of the armed forces.
Location: Terminal 4, Level 2 (East End). Important: Located in the public area (pre-security).
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm; Friday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Access: Active-duty military, reservists and their families.
Facilities and other services
Financial Services
ATMs: You will find ATMs from various banking networks located throughout all terminals, both before and after security.
Currency Exchange: Please note that there are currently no currency exchange counters operating inside the airport. Using ATMs to withdraw U.S. dollars is recommended.
Connectivity & Business
Wi-Fi: Free internet access is available in all public and gate areas through the "Free PHX WiFi" network.
Mail: USPS mail drop boxes can be found in the ticketing areas and near security checkpoints in both terminals.
Dining
Sky Harbor is known for offering a strong selection of Arizona-based dining, along with major national chains.
Terminals 3 & 4: Both offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés.
Hours: Most venues close at night (between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm). The limited 24-hour options usually consist of vending machines and a few convenience shops offering packaged food.
Shopping
The retail offerings include newsstands, electronics, apparel, and specialty shops featuring Southwest crafts and Arizona souvenirs.
Duty Free: Duty-free stores are available exclusively in Terminal 4, located near the B-gates (B15–B28) serving most international flights.
Baggage & Lost and Found
If you lost something inside the terminals, on airport buses, or on the Sky Train, you must contact the airport’s Lost and Found office.

Health & Wellness
Medical Clinic: US CareWays Urgent Care provides medical assistance for travelers (prescriptions, X-rays, treatment of minor illnesses).
Location: Terminal 4, Level 3 (inside the Drugs & More area).
Hours: Daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Lactation Rooms: Available in both terminals, equipped with comfortable seating, sinks, and power outlets. Look for “Mamava” pods or dedicated nursing rooms near restrooms.
Other Services
Compassion Corner (Terminal 4): A special area on Level 3 that includes the interfaith Chapel and the Sensory Room for passengers with autism or anxiety.
Museum & Art: The airport hosts one of the largest aviation art collections in the U.S., with rotating exhibits throughout the terminals.
Pets: Pet Relief Areas are available both pre- and post-security in all terminals.
Smoking: Sky Harbor is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas along the terminal curbs.
