Information desks are available on the second floor of the Landside Terminal and on the third floor of the central core of the Airside Terminal, open from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm (Saturdays until 7:00 pm). Complimentary white courtesy phones are also available at various locations throughout the facility. Tourist information on the first floor of the Landside Terminal, next to Door 4, and airport ambassadors next to Door 6.
The airport is located in Findlay and Moon townships, 10 miles (15 km) northwest of downtown Pittsburgh.

Extended Lot - Remote and economical sector for long term stays, with continuous free shuttle bus service (every 10 minutes) to the ticketing level. The first hour is free.
Economy Lot - 10 minutes from the terminals, low cost.
PIT Executive Lot - Premium, covered spaces next to the Landside Terminal.

Escort services or wheelchairs can be arranged by contacting your airline or the information desks.
