Palma de Mallorca Airport has four VIP lounges, managed by Aena, located in different boarding areas to serve both domestic and international flights. All offer similar services and amenities to ensure a comfortable wait.

General Access Conditions:

• Maximum Stay: 4 hours.
• Price at the Door: €46.60 (subject to change; booking is recommended).
• Access: Via online reservation, direct payment at the door, or membership in programmes such as Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club.

Formentor VIP Lounge

Location: Boarding area, Module D.

Opening Hours: 5:00 am – 12:00 am.

Services: Digital and daily newspapers, Wi-Fi, work areas, printer, catering, kosher and halal food, special diets, rest area, luggage storage.

Llevant VIP Lounge

Location: Boarding area, Module A, opposite gates A20 and A21.

Opening Hours: 5:00 am – 12:00 am.

Services: Catering, Wi-Fi, digital and daily newspapers, kosher and halal food, special diets, work areas, printer, network adapters, rest area, showers, luggage storage, breastfeeding room, children’s area.

Mestral VIP Lounge

Location: Boarding area, Module B.

Opening Hours: 5:30 am – 10:00 pm.

Services: Catering, special diets.

Mediterráneo VIP Lounge

Location: Boarding area, Module C.

Opening Hours: 5:00 am – 12:00 am.

Services: Digital and daily newspapers, catering, kosher and halal food, special diets, work areas, printer, network adapters, rest area, Wi-Fi, showers, luggage storage, breastfeeding room, children’s area.

Palma de Mallorca Airport offers a wide range of financial, commercial, and passenger assistance services.

Finance and Connectivity

Cash machines and currency exchange offices are available (generally open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm). There is also a postbox. To stay connected, the airport provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the premises and battery charging points.

Gastronomy

You will find a wide and varied gastronomic offer spread across the terminal building. It includes numerous restaurants, bars, cafés, and fast-food outlets. Some establishments, such as Paul, are open 24 hours.

Shopping and Duty-Free

There is an extensive shopping area with fashion, technology, accessories, press, gifts, and local products. Duty-free shops are located on the fourth floor of the terminal and in modules A, C, and D. A pharmacy is also available for medicines.

Baggage Services

• Baggage Wrapping: Wrapping machines available in the check-in area, level 2. Operating from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Luggage Storage: Storage facilities located on Floor 2, from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.
