Which are the Vip lounges at Palermo airport (PMO) and how to access:
Prima Vista Lounge
The only VIP lounge is located on the first floor of the terminal, before the security checks (Landside), near Check-in Area B.
Opening Hours: The lounge operates from Monday to Thursday between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm, and from Friday to Sunday between 5:30 am and 9:30 pm. The maximum stay is 3 hours. It is recommended to check the exact schedule on the airport’s website before travelling.

The airport features a selection of shops catering to various needs. International travellers can take advantage of the duty-free shop, located on the second floor within the boarding area. In addition, there are shops offering sweets, clothing, books, newspapers, tobacco, toys, gifts, and typical regional products from Sicily.
Luggage
- Lost and Found: For enquiries about items lost in the terminal, passengers can go to the duty officer’s office located opposite the ticket counters on the first floor. This office operates from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm and can be contacted via oggettismarriti@gesap.it.
Health and First Aid
The premises include a first-aid clinic to deal with medical emergencies. In addition, there is a pharmacy available for purchasing essential medicines and health products.
