Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Poznań airport is open 24 hours a day. However, passengers who choose to spend the night inside the terminal must stay in the public area once the security checkpoint closes. The place is usually quite cold, so a sleeping bag or blankets are recommended.
Where to rest: The terminal does not have many sleeping facilities, so you will probably have to sleep on the floor. On the other hand, there is a VIP lounge in the boarding area if you have a bigger budget. There are also a number of hotels in the surrounding area.
Baggage: As there is no luggage storage, you will have to stay with your bags until you can check-in.
Eating and drinking: Options inside the terminal are limited and close at night.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, baby changing facilities, children's playgrounds.
