Copa Club

- Terminal 1: Second floor, above gates 130 and 133. International flights only (6:00 am to 9:00 pm).
- Terminal 2: Past passport control, to the left and up the stairs to the next floor. International flights and transit passengers only (5:30 am to 9:00 pm).

The Lounge Panama by Global Lounge Network

Open 24 hours a day and located in the boarding area of Terminal 1, after the security checkpoint, towards gates 101-115. The lounge is located in front of the ''Panama Store''. International flights and transit passengers only. Maximum stay: 4 hours.

Quiet area, workstations, printers, children's area, computers, snacks, showers, conference facilities, fax, TV, air conditioning, beverages, phones, Wi-Fi.

Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, by online booking, paying at the door (USD38.00).

The Lounge

In Terminal 2, go to gate 204 and take the escalator to the third floor. International flights only. Open 24 hours a day, with a maximum stay of 5 hours.

Quiet area, movie theater, children's area, meeting room, air conditioning, beverages, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi.

Tocumen Royal Saloon

Located on the third level, before security, next to "Irene's Boutique". Open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 4 hours.

Printers, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, computers, snacks, beverages, telephones.

Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (USD35.00 for 4 hours, USD40.00 for 8 hours, USD50.00 for 12 hours).

The airport has ATMs, bank (Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm), currency exchange offices (6:00 am to 9:00 pm), VIP lounges, power outlets for electrical devices, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access for 2 hours.

The terminal has bars, cafes, fast food outlets and restaurants, some available during the night.

Are there luggage storage facilities?

The airport has a left-luggage service in the customs area.

Where are lost and found items received?

The lost and found office is located on level 200 of Terminal 1 and operates from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (Tel +507 238 2938; e-mail: objetosextraviados@tocumenpanama.aero).
