Domestic Terminal

KAL Lounge - On the second floor, next to the check-in desks, open from 5:50 am to 8:55 pm. Snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers. Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

International Terminal

Air Busan Lounge - Situated on the third floor, past passport control, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Massage chairs, TV, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, newspapers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

KAL Lounge - Next to gate 4, inside the customs, immigration and quarantine area. Available from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. TV, drinks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, newspapers, magazines, telephones, fax, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass, Diners Club, SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Sky Hub Lounge - Open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm between gates 9 and 10. Maximum stay of 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. A business centre with meeting rooms is located on the first floor of the International Terminal.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and bars are available in both terminals. Vending machines are also available in the Domestic Terminal.

Shopping

Duty free shops on the second floor of the International Terminal, convenience stores on the first floor of the Domestic Terminal and on levels 1 and 2 of the International Terminal, souvenirs, books, accessories, clothing, electronics.

Baggage

Left-luggage service on the second floor of the Domestic Terminal (6:00 am to 8:00 pm) and on the third floor of the International Terminal (5:00 am to 10:00 pm; Tel +82 1544 8215). Lost and found office on the first floor of the International Terminal, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +82 519 743 776).
