VIP Lounge - Located in Hall A, between the food court and the corridor to the international boarding area, open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. VIP Lounge Puerto Vallarta Arrivals - Available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Arrivals level, first floor, to the right of customs control. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

VIP Lounge Puerto Vallarta International - On the upper level, between gates 10 and 12. Open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages. The airport has currency exchange facilities (8:00 am to 8:00 pm), ATMs, VIP lounges and free Wi-Fi access.

Duty-free items in the International Arrivals area. There are also clothing stores, souvenirs, jewelry, accessories, newspapers, tobacco, sweets, local products, mini-markets.

Baggage

Plastic protection of luggage in the ambulatory, in front of the airline counters, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +52 305 423 0164). In case of lost luggage, contact the counter of the airline in question.
