Facilities for passengers with special needs
Passengers with reduced mobility have access to the MyWay assistance service. To obtain it, they must consult their airline or travel agent at least 48 hours before their flight. The service includes mechanical mobility aids (escalators and escalator belts, lifts, signage and appropriate guidance), and the accompaniment and support of specialised professionals during boarding and disembarkation. Guide dogs are allowed on the premises. The parking area has reserved parking spaces for persons with reduced mobility.
