Which are the Vip lounges at Rotterdam airport (RTM) and how to access:
The airport features an exclusive lounge designed to offer comfort and tranquillity to passengers prior to their flight, providing a suitable space for both relaxation and work.
Prima Vista Lounge
It is located on the first floor of the departures area, accessible after passing through security control and turning left.
- Opening hours: Open daily from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm (hours may vary depending on the schedule of the first and last flights).
- Services: Offers a selection of snacks and drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, international newspapers and work areas with computers available.
- Conditions: The maximum permitted stay is 3 hours. It is a smoke-free space and access is subject to lounge capacity.
- Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or Privium memberships. Access is also available to business class passengers of partner airlines or by purchasing a day pass at reception (€28.00).

Rotterdam The Hague Airport offers a compact yet efficient infrastructure, with a range of services designed to ensure that passengers enjoy a comfortable and functional stay before their flight.
Finance and Connectivity
Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available throughout the terminal. Cash machines (Geldmaat) are available in the central hall. Currency exchange services are provided by GWK Travelex in the public area.
Dining
The dining options are spread across both the public areas and the departures zone:
- Public Area: Kiosk 16 for drinks and snacks.
- Departures Area: Restaurant The Kitchen (self-service with hot and cold options) and Starbucks, offering its usual range of coffees and bakery items.
Shopping
The retail offering is mainly concentrated in the departures area:
- Capi Travel Plaza: Electronics, perfumes, cosmetics and luxury items.
- Rotterdam Airport Shop: A multi-purpose store with souvenirs, alcohol, tobacco (with discounts for flights outside the EU) and traditional sweets.
- Kiosk 16: Local and international press, books, magazines and snacks.
Baggage
- Trolleys: Available in the car parks and in front of the terminal. They operate via a deposit system requiring a €0.50 or €1.00 coin.
- Lost property: If you have lost an item within the terminal, please go to the information desk on the first floor or complete the contact form on the official website. For items left on board an aircraft, you must contact your airline directly.
Other Services
Families: Dedicated baby care and nappy-changing rooms are available throughout the terminal.
Prayer Room: A meditation and prayer space available on the first floor for all faiths.
Panoramic Terrace: Free access allows visitors to observe aircraft movements on the apron and is accessible from the first floor.
