If you don't want to use a taxi or an Uber, the best option to get to downtown Santiago from the airport is by using the Centropuerto and TurBus bus services, which operate every 10-30 minutes. The journey takes between 30 and 40 minutes.
Uber vehicles pick up passengers in the Arrivals area, in front of gate 5. Additionally, you can contact your driver through the app to coordinate a meeting point.
The airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi access, with reconnection every 30 minutes. Connect to the "Nuevo Pudahuel" network to start browsing.
The terminals do not have stores that provide this service at the moment.
There are several shops and duty-free stores (most of them available 24 hours a day), restaurants, fast food outlets, bars and cafes. Additionally, the airport has various VIP lounges (some open 24 hours a day), which are a great option for a connecting flight, a canceled flight, early morning check-in, or for breakfast, buffet lunch, drinks, and a relaxed environment for rest or work. In case of a long wait, opposite the airport is the Holiday Inn Santiago Airport Terminal, which has a pool, fitness area, comfortable rest rooms, restaurant, and other services.

Santiago Airport currently does not have left luggage services. However, you will find luggage wrapping machines operated by TrueStar Securebag on the third floor of Terminal 1, available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

If you lose any personal belongings during your stay at the airport, you will need to complete the following online form and follow the instructions to recover your belongings. In case of lost or damaged checked luggage, contact your airline.
If you need to exchange currency before or after your flight, Global Exchange is available 24 hours a day in the baggage claim area, next to the Duty Free area, the public area on level 3, check-in halls B, C, F and G, and in the boarding area, level 3. Additionally, there is a Banco Santander branch on the second level of the public area, open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
You will find Cruz Verde pharmacies in the public area of the third level, east roundabout, and on level 1, between gates 5 and 6. They are open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.
