• Public Area - 1st Floor (Landside): Located near McDonald's and the boarding entrance. It is the most complete lounge, including showers.
  Hours: 4:00 am - 10:00 pm.
• Arrivals Area - Ground Floor (Landside): Located in the public arrivals area. Perfect for those who have just landed and need to work or wait for transportation.
  Hours: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Bradesco Cartões Lounge

Exclusive space for Bradesco bank high-income clients.

Location: 1st Floor, pre-boarding area (public zone), opposite the security access.

Hours: 5:30 am - 10:30 pm.

Services: Snack buffet, coffee shop, beverages, Wi-Fi, seating area.

Access: Holders of Bradesco Visa Aeternum, Elo Nanquim, Elo Diners Club, and American Express (The Platinum Card / Centurion) cards issued in Brazil.

BRB Coworking - Latitude

A hybrid space between a VIP lounge and a work office.

Location: 1st Floor, public zone, to the right of the boarding access (pre-security).

Hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Services: Private work booths, meeting room, printers, light buffet, and beverages.

Access: DragonPass membership. Holders of credit cards issued by BRB (Banco de Brasília): Visa (Infinite, Platinum, Gold) and Mastercard (Black, Platinum, Gold).

Facilities and other services

Santos Dumont Airport stands out for its direct integration with Bossa Nova Mall, an attached shopping center that considerably expands the range of services, dining, and shopping for passengers, making it one of the most service-complete airports in Brazil.

Wi-Fi Connection: Free internet access available throughout the terminal (Network: "Infraero Gratis" or similar).

Financial Services:
ATMs (Banco24Horas, Caixa, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Santander) are available in the arrivals hall. There are also currency exchange bureaus in the public sector.

Mail:
The post office branch that operated at the airport has permanently closed. It is recommended to use services in the city center.

Dining

The offering is extensive and varied, distributed between the passenger terminal and Bossa Nova Mall.

• Terminal: Coffee shops, bakeries, and fast food on both levels.
• Bossa Nova Mall: Full-service restaurants with views of Guanabara Bay and Sugarloaf Mountain, plus a complete food court.

Shopping

Stores:
In the terminal, you will find bookstores, Rio souvenir shops, Carioca fashion, electronics, and a pharmacy. The attached mall adds international brands and fashion boutiques.

Duty Free (Dufry Shopping):
As a domestic airport, the "Dufry" stores located in the departure lounge operate under the Duty Paid model (taxes included), although they offer the same assortment of imported products (perfumes, beverages, chocolates) as a traditional Free Shop.

Luggage

Location: Public area, near the main entrance and access to Bossa Nova Mall.
Hours: Available 24 hours.

Luggage sealing service (Protec Bag) available in the check-in hall. Hours: 4:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Office managed by Infraero.
Location: Arrivals Hall.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (closed weekends and holidays).
