Number of Terminals - 4 - Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, open 24 hours a day. The free Skytrain connects terminals 1, 2 and 3 between 4:30 am and 1:30 am. Transit areas are also connected by moving walkways. Free shuttle buses connect Terminal 4 every 10-30 minutes. Jewel is directly connected to the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1.

Facilities include lifts, ramps and accessible toilets. Wheelchairs are available on request from the medical centres (Tel +65 6241 8818). Passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel. Children under 12 years of age travelling unaccompanied will be escorted by appropriate airline staff.
