Terminals
The airport has two terminals: Terminal A and Terminal B. Both operate 24 hours.
Inter-Terminal Shuttle: A free shuttle connects both terminals. It runs 24/7 with frequencies of 7 to 15 minutes.
Annual Passenger Traffic: 12.5 million passengers in 2024.
Information Points
Information desks are located on the arrivals (baggage claim) level of both terminals. In addition, the airport has a team of Volunteer Ambassadors who assist throughout the facility.

The airport is located 4 km (2.5 miles) to the northwest of downtown San Jose.

Parking services at San Jose airport (SJC)

Economy Lot 1 - For long stays, with complimentary shuttle service every 7-10 minutes.
Hourly Lot 2 & 3 - Covered parking for short stays across from terminals A and B, respectively. Inter-terminal shuttles every 10 min.
Hourly Lot 5 - Short-term area next to Terminal B.
Daily Lot 4 - For long stays. Shuttles to the terminals every 10 min. Located to the south of the car rental centre.
Facilities for passengers with special needs
Accessible taxis and shuttles for passengers with reduced mobility are available. Contact your airline in advance to request special assistance or wheelchairs. Facilities include reserved parking spaces, relief areas for service animals, adapted telephones and restrooms.
