The airport has a bank (8:00 am to 7:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounge and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 3 hours. A conference center is available on the fourth floor of Terminal 1.

Restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars in terminals 1 and 3.

Shopping

Duty-free stores on level 3 of terminals 1 and 3 and on level 2 of Terminal 4. Other options include clothing, accessories, press, sweets, electronics, cosmetics, books, footwear, jewellery.

Baggage

Lockers next to Terminal 1. Free trolleys in the luggage reclaim areas, next to the terminal entrances and in all car parks. Porter service (Tel +49 711 948 4500). Lost and found office in front of Terminal 1 (Tel +49 711 948 3355).
