The airport is located 40 km (25 miles) west of Taipei, in Dayuan District, Taoyuan County.

Terminal 1

P1 & P2 - Located on the east and west side of Terminal 1, respectively.
P3 & P4 - Situated next to Terminal 2.
Cargo area 1 - Opposite the customs office.
Cargo area 2 & 3 - Located at the cargo station.
Cargo area 4 - In the cargo area, with free shuttle service to the terminals.
Ground handling staff can assist disabled passengers in moving around the airport, transporting luggage and passing through security, passport and customs controls. Reserved parking spaces are available and are free of charge for one day. Other facilities include ramps, designated wheelchair lanes, lifts, low-level telephones, electric people movers, adapted toilets and bus ticket counters for passengers with reduced mobility.
