Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
It is possible to stay overnight at Trujillo Airport, as the terminal remains open 24 hours a day. However, its facilities are limited, which means that you will not find many amenities.
Where to rest: It is possible that your only option is to lie down on the floor, in which case it is advisable to have a sleeping bag, blanket or travel pillow at hand. On the other hand, the terminal has a VIP lounge, where you can enjoy greater comfort and privacy, although it is closed during the night. Several hotels are available in the city for different budgets.
Luggage: There is no locker service inside the airport.
Eating and drinking: The options available inside the terminal close at night.
Wi-Fi: Access is free of charge.
