For passengers seeking comfort and tranquillity before their flight, Vilnius Airport offers a modern, well-equipped VIP lounge, designed both for relaxation and productive work in an exclusive environment.

Narbutas Business Lounge

Located on the third level of the departures terminal, after passing through security control, this lounge provides a sophisticated atmosphere with views over the apron. It is accessible to all passengers, regardless of whether they are travelling to destinations within or outside the Schengen Area.

Opening hours: From 4:00 am to 10:00 pm (subject to change according to flight schedules).

Services: A buffet of light meals and snacks, a selection of hot and cold beverages (including alcoholic options such as beer and wine), high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic workstations with computers, international newspapers, television and air conditioning. The lounge also features shower facilities for passengers wishing to freshen up.

Access: Entry is available to members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe or TAV Passport. Access can also be purchased directly at the lounge reception (fee of €35.00) or by making an advance reservation via the airport’s official website.

The airport offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of modern travellers, integrating cutting-edge technology and comfort-oriented spaces following the inauguration of its new operational areas in 2025.

Finance and Connectivity

You will find cash machines from major local banks located throughout both the public areas and the departure zone. Currency exchange services are operated by Top Exchange, with offices aligned to peak flight schedules. To stay connected, the airport provides 6 hours of free Wi-Fi (network: "Free WiFi Vilnius Airport").

Food and Drink

The dining offer is diverse and includes speciality coffee shops such as Caffeine, local beer bars (Svyturys), and both fast-food and gourmet restaurants (Pank'olis). With the opening of the new departures terminal, additional dining concepts have been introduced in the airside area. In the arrivals hall, several outlets operate with extended hours for passengers arriving during the early morning.

Shopping and Duty Free

Duty Free (Heinemann) shops are located in the departure area, offering a selection of perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco products. In addition, there are Narvesen newsagents, bookshops and souvenir stores featuring traditional Lithuanian products and Baltic amber.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the car parks, departure areas and baggage reclaim.
• Luggage Storage and Wrapping: Left-luggage and protective wrapping services are operated by BGS, located in the check-in hall.
