Salón VIP Caribeño - Open 24 hours a day and situated in the International Arrivals Hall. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Press, drinks, TV, air conditioning, snacks, luggage storage, smoking area. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Salón VIP Costazul - It is found in the International Departures Hall and is open around the clock. The maximum stay is 3 hours. Newspapers and magazines, beverages, snacks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smoking lounge, luggage storage, telephones, TV. Access: with DragonPass membership.

The airport has currency exchange bureaus, post office, public telephones and VIP lounges.

Food and Drinks- Coffee shops and bars are available, mainly in the Departures Hall.
Shopping- There is a small duty-free shop in the Departures area and stores selling souvenirs, gifts, sweets, liquor, books, tobacco.
Baggage- Enquiries about missing luggage should be directed to the staff located in the baggage reclaim area.
