- Meeting Points: Call points equipped with intercoms are located in the “Kiss & Fly” areas (departures), near bus stops, at the entrance from the railway station and in the main terminal hall.
- Special Equipment: The airport provides wheelchairs (standard and electric) and ambulift vehicles for safe boarding of aircraft parked at remote stands.
Facilities and Accessibility
- Wayfinding Systems: The terminal features the TOTUPOINT® system, which uses electronic markers to enable independent navigation for visually impaired passengers via mobile devices or remote buttons.
- Induction Loops: Information desks, selected check-in counters, passport control booths and the lost property office are equipped with induction loops for passengers with hearing impairments.
- Adapted Infrastructure: All lifts have Braille buttons and voice announcements. Accessible toilets are fitted with emergency call systems and tactile signage on door handles.

Reserved parking spaces for vehicles transporting people with disabilities are available in all official car parks, strategically located near terminal entrances and lifts. In the “Kiss & Fly” area, the free parking period can be extended by communicating via the intercoms at the barriers.
