Chopin Airport features several VIP lounges located in both the Schengen and non-Schengen areas, offering relaxation spaces, dining options and work areas to enhance the travel experience.

Etiuda Executive Lounge

Located in the non-Schengen area (Pier N), on level 0, near boarding gates 7N and 8N. It is the main option for passengers travelling to destinations outside the Schengen Area.

Opening hours: From 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Services: Snacks and hot/cold buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, international newspapers, Wi-Fi, television and showers.

LOT Business Lounge Mazurek

Located in the non-Schengen area, level 0, near gates 19N–20N. Offers panoramic views of the aircraft apron.

Opening hours: From 6:15 am to 11:00 pm.

Services: Buffet with Polish specialities, bar, showers, digital press and work areas.

Access: Business Class passengers of LOT and Star Alliance airlines, and Star Alliance Gold cardholders.

Fantazja Lounge

Located in the Schengen area, level 0, near gates 36–37, adjacent to the Preludium Lounge.

Opening hours: From 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Services: Drinks, light snacks, Wi-Fi and newspapers.

Access: Passengers holding specific premium bank cards or by direct payment at the entrance.

Finance and Connectivity

• ATMs: Located throughout the building and available 24 hours a day.
• Currency exchange: Several exchange offices (Kantor) operate on the departures and arrivals levels, covering the schedules of scheduled flights.
• Bank: A Bank Pekao branch is located on the departures level.
• Post office: Located in the public arrivals area (Terminal A, level 1, South Hall).
• Connectivity: Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access via the "Chopin-Airport" network. Charging points for mobile devices and laptops are also available in the waiting areas.

Dining

The dining options are varied and include Polish and international cuisine restaurants, cafés, bars and fast-food outlets. Several venues, such as Costa Coffee (public departures area), often operate 24 hours a day or until the last flight, ensuring options for overnight passengers.

Shopping

The departure area features duty-free shops offering perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and tobacco. There are also international fashion brands, jewellery shops, souvenir stores with typical Polish products, bookshops and convenience stores (1Minute, Relay) in both the public area and the restricted zone.

Luggage

• Luggage wrapping: Service available on the departures level to enhance the security of belongings.
• Luggage storage: Automatic lockers are located outside the terminal, near the bus station (arrivals level). Payment is generally made by card or local currency (PLN).
