Transportation
The airport is efficiently integrated into the city’s public transport network, offering rail and bus options that provide direct connections to the city centre and other regions of Poland.
Trains
The train station is located beneath Terminal A. It is the fastest option to reach central Warsaw, with a journey time of approximately 20–25 minutes.
- Szybka Kolej Miejska (SKM): The suburban rail service operates the S2 line (towards Sulejówek Milosna via Warszawa Sródmiescie) and the S3 line (towards Radzymin or Legionowo via Warszawa Centralna).
- Koleje Mazowieckie (KM): Operates regional trains connecting the airport with the central station and also provides a link to Warsaw–Modlin Airport.
Tickets: Tickets issued by the public transport authority (ZTM) are valid on these trains and can be purchased from ticket machines at the station or on the arrivals level.
Buses
Several ZTM Warszawa bus routes connect the terminal with key points across the city. Bus stops are located in front of the arrivals hall and at the coach terminal.
- Route 175: Connects with the city centre and the Old Town (Krakowskie Przedmiescie).
- Route 188: Runs towards the Praga district via Metro Politechnika.
- Route 148: Travels towards the districts of Ursynów and Praga.
- Route 331: Connects with Wilanowska Metro station (operates during peak hours only).
- Route N32: Night service running as far as Warszawa Centralna railway station.
Additional information: You can check routes and real-time timetables on the Warsaw Public Transport website.
Coach terminal
For long-distance destinations within Poland or to neighbouring countries, the airport has a coach terminal located near the arrivals area, where operators such as FlixBus run services.

Transport apps
Uber and Bolt operate at the airport. It is worth noting that Uber is the airport’s official strategic partner. Pick-up points for these services are clearly signposted and are generally located on the departures level (upper floor), in the lanes designated for passenger vehicles.
Taxis
The official taxi rank is located immediately outside the arrivals area. For safety and price transparency reasons, it is recommended to ignore individuals offering transport services inside the terminal and proceed only to the official queue.
Recommended operator: The airport’s official partner is ELE Taxi.
