Wroclaw Airport offers an exclusive environment designed for passengers seeking comfort, privacy or a functional workspace before their flight. The terminal’s VIP lounge combines hospitality services with technological facilities to enhance the travel experience.
Executive Lounge
Location: Departures area, first floor, next to gates 9 and 10. It is accessible to both Schengen and non-Schengen passengers.
Opening hours: Daily from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Services: High-speed Wi-Fi, workstations with computers, television, national and international newspapers and magazines, air conditioning, and a buffet offering hot and cold snacks, as well as a varied selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships. Access is also granted to business class passengers and holders of frequent flyer cards from partner airlines, or by paying an entry fee directly at the lounge reception.
Fast Track: Located next to the VIP lounge, the airport also offers a fast-track service through the security control, which can be purchased separately or as part of a package together with access to the Executive Lounge.
Facilities and other services
The airport offers a wide range of services designed to meet all travellers’ needs, from financial facilities to leisure and relaxation areas.
Finance and Communications
Cash machines from various banking institutions are available throughout the terminal. Currency exchange offices (Kantor) can be found in both the departures and arrivals areas. In addition, the airport has a post office on the ground floor and provides free Wi-Fi access (network: "AirWRO_Free_WiFi") for all passengers.
Food and Drink
The dining offer is varied and includes cafés, snack bars and restaurants serving international and local cuisine. On the ground floor (public area), there are cafés from well-known chains and fast-food outlets. On Level 1 (departures area), passengers have access to restaurants with apron views, cocktail bars and premium coffee options, with New York Hot Dog being the only venue open 24 hours a day.
Shopping
Duty-free shops are located on the first floor, offering a selection of perfumes, cosmetics, spirits and confectionery. There are also various retail outlets selling newspapers, books, tobacco, electronic items, international fashion brands, jewellery, as well as a wide selection of souvenirs and typical products from the Lower Silesia region.
Baggage
Left Luggage: The luggage storage service is handled at the ticket office located opposite the check-in counters.
Lost Property: For items lost within the terminal, please contact the lost property office located in the arrivals hall. In the event of lost or damaged checked baggage, contact your airline’s ground handling agent directly at the relevant desks.
Other Services
The airport features a first aid room, a chapel on the first floor, travel agencies, fully equipped conference rooms and a 24-hour observation terrace (located on Level 2). For families, there are baby care rooms and children’s play areas in the departures area.
