Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Although Québec City Airport is small, it is a modern, quiet and safe place to spend the night if you have an early morning flight. Once the security checkpoints close for the night, you will need to stay in the public area of the terminal.
Where to rest: The Arrivals Hall is not very brightly lit, but the seats have armrests, unlike in the boarding area before the security checkpoint. On the other hand, on the second floor, there is a VIP lounge with more amenities, but it closes at night. Some of the city's hotels offer transfers for guests who book in advance.
Baggage: In the corridor connecting the terminal to the multi-level parking lot, you will find lockers, where you can leave your luggage.
Eating and drinking: There are only vending machines available at night.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, nursing room, children's playground.
