Plaza Premium Lounge - Four lounges inside the Main Terminal, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. They offer computers, snacks, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, telephones, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (USD45.00).

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm), currency exchange bureaux (24 hours), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, power outlets, cell phone service and free Wi-Fi access. The Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel, on level 3 of the international sector, offers meeting and conference facilities.

Food & Drinks

Restaurants, fast-food outlets, coffee shops and bars are located throughout the property. Illycaffe and Relay, UpMeals and Wendy's are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Most of the options are in the Domestic and International Departures areas, and include duty-free shops, convenience stores, souvenirs, clothing, accessories, candy, jewelry, books, newspapers and magazines, electronics, sporting goods, toys.

Baggage

Porter service inside the Main Terminal (Tel +1 604 303 3787 / 830 7655). Protective baggage sealing on level 3, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +1 604 231 9444). Luggage storage on level 2 of the Main Terminal, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +1 604 303 4500 / 4519). The lost and found office is located on level 3 of the US Departures area, opposite check-in counter 280, and operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (online form).
