The information desk is located in the Arrivals area, next to the baggage carousels (Tel +1 250 953 7533). It operates Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. There are also volunteers in red uniforms to assist passengers.
The airport is located on the Saanich Peninsula, 22 km (15 miles) north of the city of Victoria.

Short Term - In front of the terminal building, for stays of up to 2 hours.
Daily Long Term - Two lots for long term stays, located behind the previous sector.
Overflow - Facilities located to the side of the terminal, only used when the main parking lots are full.
Facilities include automatic doors, elevators, low counters, adapted telephones and restrooms, relief areas for service animals and reserved spaces in the parking lots near the terminal. Wheelchairs are available at the expense of individual airlines. Public transportation services have vehicles for passengers with special needs.
