If your flight is delayed, or you have a long connection wait in the early hours of the morning, or your flight leaves very early in the morning, Brussels airport is open 24 hours a day and some services are available throughout the night.

Where to rest: As it doesn't have many late-night flights, it tends to be quite quiet and not very noisy during the early hours of the morning. The boarding area is usually the most suitable, with several comfortable seats to stretch your legs, as well as couches to lie down on. The Schengen passenger area has plenty of comfortable seats and charging points for electronic devices. There are also several good places to rest near the duty-free shops and the connecting zone B. It's a good idea to have earplugs handy, as flight arrivals are sometimes delayed. For a more comfortable rest, there is the Sheraton hotel right across the street from the terminal, as well as other nearby hotels with shuttle services (in some cases free of charge). Another option is to access the VIP lounges by paying at the gate or with different memberships. Note that they usually close at 9:00 pm and reopen at 5:00 am.

Baggage: Lockers are available on the ground floor, so you can leave your bags behind until check-in.

Eating and drinking: There is a Starbucks in the Departures Hall which is open throughout the night.

Wi-Fi: The airport has free and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

Other services available around the clock: Emergency medical services, ATMs, children's play areas, baby changing facilities.
