Brussels Airlines Sunrise Lounge – Located at the end of Pier A, next to Gate T70. Open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Diamond Lounge A – Open from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm. Located opposite Gate A42. Schengen flights only. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Printers, fax, air conditioning, beds, power outlets, computers, luggage storage, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, drinks. Access: with DragonPass, Diners Club or LoungeMe membership, via online booking or by paying at the door (€44.00).

Diamond Lounge B – Open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, located opposite Gates B04-B05. Non-Schengen flights only. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange offices (6:00 am to 10:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone and fax services, and free Wi-Fi access. The Skyhall, located on the fourth floor of the terminal, features event spaces, while the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, just steps from the main building, provides meeting rooms and a conference centre.

Food & Drinks

Restaurants, bars, fast food outlets and cafés throughout the terminal. Starbucks, located in the boarding area, is open 24 hours.

Shopping

Duty-free shops near gates A, B and T. There are also stores selling jewellery, souvenirs, clothing, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, perfumes.

Baggage

Luggage trolleys free of charge in all public areas. Porter service is available. Protective wrapping in the Departures Hall, in front of check-in rows 8 and 9, from 3:30 am to 9:00 pm. Lockers on level 0, next to the exits towards the bus stops. For lost property enquiries, fill out the following online form.
