Terminal 1

The Lounge Koeln-Bonn – Concourse C, available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Computers, snacks, drinks, fax, TV, air conditioning, press, Wi-Fi, luggage storage. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD38.00).

Terminal 2

The Lounge Koeln-Bonn – Open Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm on the upper level of Concourse D, opposite Gate D50. For international flights only and with a maximum stay of 4 hours. Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (6:00 am to 9:30 pm), post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets for electronic devices, and free Wi-Fi access. On the third floor of Terminal 1, there is a conference centre.

Food & Drink

The options include fast food outlets, cafés, restaurants, bakeries and bars. Most are located in the Departure areas of both terminals. Bistrot and Früh bis spät to go in Terminal 1, and McDonald's and MyAppCafé in Terminal 2 are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There is a supermarket in the public area of Terminal 1, Concourse C. Fashion shops, accessories, sweets, gifts, books, toys, tobacco, spirits, electronics. In the Departure areas of both terminals, there are duty-free shops open 24 hours.

Baggage

Porters available (Tel +49 2203 40 2152 / 5075). Protective luggage wrapping from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm in the public area of Terminal 2. Left-luggage service and lost property office in Terminal 2, next to the railway station, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (online form).
