Terminal 1

The Lounge Koeln-Bonn - Concourse C, available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Computers, snacks, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, Wi-Fi, left-luggage service. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (EUR 26.00).

Terminal 2

Airport Business Lounge - Located on the boarding level, on the left after passing through the security checkpoint. Temporarily closed. Snacks, drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, workstations, TV, air conditioning, telephones, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

The Lounge Koeln-Bonn - Open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm on the upper level, opposite gate D50. Only for international flights and with a maximum stay of 4 hours. Air conditioning, TV, snacks, beverages, conference facilities, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (EUR 26.00).

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureau (6:00 am to 9:30 pm), postal office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets for electronic devices and free Wi-Fi access. A conference centre is located on the third floor of Terminal 1.

Food and Drinks

Options include fast food outlets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and bars. Most are located in the boarding area of both terminals. Chillout Pianobar, in Terminal 1, Ida & Frida and McDonald's, in Terminal 2, are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Supermarket, fashion, accessories, sweets, gifts, books, toys, tobacco, liquor, electronics. There is a 24-hour duty-free shop in the Terminal 1 Departures area.

Baggage

Porters available (Tel +49 220 340 2152 / 5075). Secure luggage wrapping from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm in the public area of Terminal 2. Left-luggage service and lost and found office in Terminal 2, near the train station, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +49 220 340 3108; e-mail: fundbuero@koeln-bonn-airport.de; online form).
