Bandaranaike International Airport, also known as Katunayake Airport and opened on 2 July 1967, serves the city of Colombo and is the most important in Sri Lanka. In addition to domestic flights, it operates international routes to Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Terminal Car Park – Located in front of the main building.
Naikanda Remote Car Park & BOI Car Park – Located about 300 metres from the terminal and offer lower rates. Designated spaces for two-wheeled vehicles.
There are lifts, adapted toilets, and wheelchairs available upon request. Passengers requiring additional assistance should inform their airline about their needs in advance.
