 Which are the Vip lounges at Cartagena airport (CTG) and how to access:

Avianca Sala VIP - Inside the Domestic Terminal, across the boarding area, the lounge is located immediately to the left. Open from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm. Smoking area, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, Avianca LifeMiles Gold/Diamond membership, Avianca business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (USD35.00).

Sala VIP - First floor of the International Terminal, next to gate 9. Open from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday until 7:00 pm). Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online reservation or paying at the door (USD30.00).  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, bureaux de change (24 hours), VIP lounges, cell phone service and free Wi-Fi access for 30 minutes.

Food and Drinks

The terminals have restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes, bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, especially in the boarding areas. Juan Valdez, in the main hall, is open 24 hours a day. In the Domestic Terminal, you will also find Novaventa vending machines.

Shopping

There are duty free stores in the boarding halls and the International Arrivals area, accessories, sweets, clothing, souvenirs, handicrafts, toys, jewelry.

Baggage

Protective baggage sealing in the main hall, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. If you lost any personal belongings during your stay at the airport, you must call Tel +57 605 693 1351 ext. 2747 or send an email to contactenos@oinac.com.co. You will need to prove your identity to claim the item or write a letter authorizing someone else to pick it up.
