Pier A

Lufthansa Lounge – Located on the mezzanine level, next to Gate A50. Available from 5:00 am to 8:15 pm (until 7:45 pm on Saturdays). Beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers and magazines, workstations, printers, showers. Access: first class passengers of Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle and Senator members, Star Alliance Gold status holders.

Pier B

Hugo Junkers Lounge – Available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm on level 2, to the right after the security checkpoint. Air conditioning, drinks and snacks, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or LoungeMe membership, via online booking or paying at the door (€39.00).

Pier C

Open Sky Lounge – After security and passport control, through the duty-free area. Open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, TV, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or LoungeMe membership, via online booking or paying at the door (€39.00).

The Emirates Lounge – Located in the boarding area, open from 12:25 pm to 3:25 pm and from 6:15 pm to 9:15 pm. Drinks, meals, snacks, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers and magazines, showers. Access: first or business class passengers of Emirates, Skywards Gold/Platinum members.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices (5:30 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, postbox, VIP lounges, printing and mobile phone services, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access (as well as prepaid premium services). DUSconference plus provides conference and business facilities on the Departure level of Pier B from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Food and Drinks

There are numerous restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés, bars and bakeries throughout the terminal. McCafé, McDonald's and Segafredo are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are located in the secure areas of Piers A, B and C, along with a supermarket on the Arrivals level and stores offering accessories, sweets, clothing, gifts, cosmetics, perfumes, jewellery, spirits, tobacco, books, press, electronics, flowers, footwear.

Baggage

Porter services available (Tel +49 211 421 6637 / 6370). Protective wrapping service on the Departure level, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Tel +49 162 711 2557). Left-luggage service and lost & found office on the ground floor of car park P3, from 6:00 am to 10:45 pm (online form).
