Bus - There are regular services that depart every 60 minutes to the city centre. They operate from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm and journey time is approximately 40 min. Tickets can be acquired at the counter located on the ground floor and buses can be boarded at the parking lot. There are also buses to the Patong, Kata and Karon beaches, and minibuses to several hotels in the surroundings.
Taxi - Ranks are found outside the terminal, about 50 meters to the right of the exit. Official cabs are yellow and red. The trip to the city centre takes around 30 minutes.

The car park offers spaces for short- and long-term stays and 15 minutes of free parking.
There are elevators, adapted toilets and telephones, and dedicated parking spaces. Unaccompanied minors between 8 and 11 years old will be escorted through the necessary procedures by staff from the air company. Passengers requiring special assistance are advised to notify their airline about their needs in advance.
