Sleeping inside or in nearby hotels (IQQ)
Possibility to spend the night at Iquique airport (IQQ), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.
Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
The terminal is open 24 hours a day, so passengers stranded by a cancelled flight at night or an early morning connection or departure can stay inside the airport and avoid extra hotel and transfer costs.
Where to rest: There are not many comforts inside the airport, so it is advisable to bring a sleeping bag or blankets in case you have to lie down on the floor. If you have a pass for the VIP lounge of the terminal, you can enjoy greater comfort, since it is also open during the night, although the maximum stay is 2 hours. Below, on the other hand, are detailed some accommodation alternatives within the city.
Baggage: Luggage storage is not available at this time.
Eating and drinking: Shops are closed at night.
Wi-Fi: Free access.
