Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Spending the night at the airport
The terminal remains open 24 hours a day; therefore those passengers with a cancelled flight or a connecting flight at night or with a departure very early in the morning can remain inside the airport and thus avoid extra hotel expenses and transfers.
Where to rest: There are not many amenities inside the enclosure, so it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets in case you have to lay on the floor. If you have a pass for the terminal's VIP lounge, you will be able to enjoy greater comfort, as it is also open during the night, although the maximum stay is 6 hours. Below you can find a few accommodation alternatives inside the city.
Baggage: No left luggage services are available at the moment.
Eating and drinking: Commercial stores close at night.
Wi-Fi: Free access.
There are no hotels on-site, but you can find several options in the city centre, among them:
Hotel Costa Norte (0.4 km/0.2 miles)
Ibis Budget Iquique (0.4 km/0.2 miles)
