Transportation
Most transportation options at the airport require the use of the AirTrain system.
Traveling between terminals using this means is free, but there is an associated fee (USD8.50) when connecting to Jamaica or Howard Beach stations. From there, you can access buses, subways and commuter trains connecting the airport to various destinations, including Long Island, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn.
Additionally, some transportation lines offer direct service to the airport, and door-to-door services are also available for your convenience.
