Terminal 1

Terminal 2

Terminal 3

Admirals Club – Wi-Fi, computers, meals, showers. Access: with American Airlines Admirals Club or Alaska Lounge membership, American Airlines and Oneworld first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members, Citi Prestige cardholders.

USO Center – Open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on the mezzanine of Concourse G. Computers, printers, fax, Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, TV, reading material, entertainment, kids' area. Access: military personnel and their families.

Terminal 5

Delta Sky Club – Between gates M11 and M14. Sunday to Friday from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 4:30 am to 7:30 pm. Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading material, meals, bar. Access: with Delta Sky Club membership, Delta Air Lines and SkyTeam first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, American Express Platinum/Centurion cardholders.

LOT Business Lounge – Located in the boarding area next to the food court. Open from 8:00 am to 0:00 am. Buffet, Wi-Fi, showers, power outlets, prayer room, workstations. Access: with Miles & More HON/Senator/Frequent Traveller, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, LOT Polish Airlines and Star Alliance first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

SAS Lounge – Next to gate M19, open from 1 hour before the first flight to 30 minutes after the last. Snacks, phones, drinks, newspapers and magazines, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: with EuroBonus Diamond/Gold/Silver, Star Alliance Gold membership, or day pass (USD39.00 online, USD59.00 at the door).

Swissport Lounge – Available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm next to gate M13. Air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has banking services (7:00 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, mailboxes, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, public telephones, and free Wi-Fi access. At the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport, located across from Terminal 2, there is a business center and meeting rooms, gym, and solarium (accessible with a day pass membership).

Dining

All terminals feature a wide variety of restaurants, bars, fast food outlets, and cafés, some of which are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are located in the boarding areas of all terminals. There are also convenience stores, souvenir shops, electronics, clothing and accessories, cosmetics, candy, books, newspapers and magazines, jewelry, sports items.

Baggage

On the upper level of all terminals and in the MMF building, Chicago Police counters handle inquiries about items lost in public areas (Tel +1 773 686 2385). For items lost within the security area, visit the TSA Lost and Found area.
