A free train system (ATS) connects the terminals, car rental offices, parking lots, and the bus stop every 3–5 minutes, 24 hours a day. The secure area of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 is linked by pedestrian walkways, while the free TTB bus connects the secure areas of Terminals 1 and 3 to Terminal 5 every 15 min. from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm. Information counters are available on the upper levels of Terminals 1, 2, and 3, and on both the upper and lower levels of Terminal 5 (Tel +1 773 894 2427). Travel assistance services are also available throughout all terminals.

A free waiting area for passenger pick-up is available near the main parking facility (Cell Phone Lot), and a drop-off point is located near the ATS system (Kiss 'n' Fly). Main Garage – Facility adjacent to the domestic terminals. Short-term parking is available on level 1 and long-term parking on levels 2 through 6.
International Lot D – Located next to Terminal 5, with outdoor spaces for short-term parking.
Economy Lot F – Located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Multi-Modal Facility, covered and long-term. The free ATS train runs to all terminals 24 hours a day.
Economy Lots G/H – Long-term parking areas with free 24-hour shuttle buses, where you can board the ATS system to the terminals.
The facilities include ramps, elevators, adapted restrooms and telephones, Braille signage, designated parking spaces, service animal relief areas, and special lanes at security checkpoints. Public transportation systems are accessible for passengers with reduced mobility. Travelers who require special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline about their specific needs before traveling.
