Terminal 1

Blue Sky Premier Lounge - Level 1A, next to Gate 1, available from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Children's area, smoking lounge, luggage storage, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refreshments, newspapers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Singosari Lounge - Located in the Departures Hall, open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Food and drinks, smoking lounge, business centre, Wi-Fi, prayer room, reflexology, children's area. Access: paying at the door.

Trowulan Executive Lounge - Available from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm next to Gates 10-11. Food and drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, smoking lounge, business centre. Access: paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Concordia Premier Lounge - Open from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm and located on the second floor, after security and immigration controls. Prayer room, smoking area, luggage storage, TV, snacks, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, computers, showers, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Tujuwan Lounge - Next to Gates 1-6, on Level 2, open during flight hours. Snacks, drinks, air conditioning, TV. Access: paying at the door.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Duty-free items in the Departures Hall of Terminal 2, souvenirs, regional products, handicrafts, sweets, toys, clothing, perfumes, newspapers and magazines, accessories, cosmetics, books. Convenience stores in Terminal 1.

Baggage

Protective wrapping in the Departures area of Terminal 2, from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +62 31 298 6223). In case of lost luggage, proceed to the relevant airline's counter.
