The airport has an ATM, postal and copying services and Wi-Fi access free of charge. On the second level there is a business center with several meeting and conference rooms.
Food and Drinks- Options are found on the ground floor, with two restaurants in the Departures area and a coffee shop in the Arrivals Hall.
Shopping- There are duty-free stores in the Departures Hall of both levels and shops selling gifts, newspapers, books, tobacco, sweets and regional products.
Baggage- Trolleys available throughout the terminal. The airport's information desk operates the lost and found service (Tel +33 388 646 767).
Other Services- Relaxation and games rooms, photo booth, children's playgrounds, baby care facilities, infirmary, travel agencies, flight simulator.

Train - Gare Entzheim Aéroport station is linked to the terminal through a covered walkway. Services from TER Grand Est (Tel +33 805 415 415) depart to Strasbourg four times an hour, with a journey time of 8 minutes. They operate from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. P1 & P2 - Short-term areas across from the main building. The first 15 minutes in P1 have no charge. Charging stations for electric vehicles in P2.
P3 - Underground parking for short and long stays, beneath the previous lots.
P4 & P5 - For long periods, connected to the terminal through a pedestrian walkway.
Facilities include lifts, escalators, adapted restrooms, accessible telephones and counters, designated spaces in all car parks and a dedicated reception point in the public area. Assistance provided by qualified staff (for people with reduced mobility and children between 4 and 12 years old travelling alone) is offered from the check-in desk until boarding the airplane by previous booking at least 48 hours in advance.
