 Which are the Vip lounges at Kuala Lumpur airport (KUL) and how to access:

AirAsia Premium Red Lounge - On the mezzanine floor of KLIA2, open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Meals, drinks, workstations, plugs for electric devices, Wi-Fi. Access: Premium Flex and Premium Flatbed passengers from AirAsia, or by paying at the door.

Cathay Pacific Lounge
 - Situated on the east wing of the mezzanine floor of KLIA1 and open from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Complimentary snacks and drinks, newspapers and magazines, TV, telephones, fax, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: with Marco Polo Diamond, Gold or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

China Airlines Dynasty Lounge - On the south wing of the satellite building, by gate C31. Open from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Refreshments, beverages, newspapers, magazines, TV. Access: with Dynasty Gold, Emerald or Paragon membership, first or business class passengers from China Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Emirates Lounge - It is found next to gates C21 and C27 of KLIA1. Gourmet cuisine, Wi-Fi, computers, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge - On the mezzanine floor of the satellite building (24 hours a day), on level 4 and next to gate A2 of KLIA1 (5:00 am to 0:00 am). Snacks, TV, computers, smoking area, showers, press, children's area, Wi-Fi. Access: with Enrich Platinum or Gold membership, first and business class passengers from Malaysia Airlines and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Lounges located on the mezzanine floor of the satellite building and on levels 2, 2M and 3 of KLIA2. Open around the clock. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, drinks, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, Wi-Fi, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - North wing, mezzanine floor of KLIA1, available from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm. Complimentary food and beverages, magazines, newspapers, TV, Wi-Fi. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Thai Royal Silk Lounge - Near gate C12 of KLIA1, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Complimentary snacks, drinks, magazines, newspapers, TV, Wi-Fi, telephones, fax. Access: with Royal Orchid Plus Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Thai Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Kuala Lumpur airport (KUL)

The airport has a bank (7:30 am to 10:30 pm), currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 3 hours. The Sama Sama Express Hotel, situated inside the enclosure, offers meeting rooms and business services.

Food and Drinks- A wide range of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, bakeries and confectioneries is available.
Shopping- Options include duty-free shops in the Departures areas, convenience stores on levels 1, 2 and 3 of KLIA1, fashion and accessories, liquor, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, books, magazines, newspapers, souvenirs, electronics, jewellery, toys, handicrafts.
Baggage- Free trolleys throughout the enclosure. Secure luggage wrapping on level 3. Lockers and left luggage services around the clock on level 3 of KLIA1 (Tel +603 8776 5035) and on level 2 of KLIA2 (Tel +603 8775 2667). Lost and found office on level 2 of the main building, Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (Tel +603 8778 5540/2 / 5409; e-mail: lost&foundklia2@malaysiaairports.com.my).
