Terminal 1

Vienna Lounge – Located on Level 2, after the security checks and before passport control, for passengers departing from gates C and D. Those departing from gates F and G can take a free shuttle bus to the lounge. Open from 4:30 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Quiet area, beds, children's area, prayer room, cinema, terrace, luggage storage, shoe shine service, computers, air conditioning, snacks, drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, showers, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or LoungeMe membership, online booking or by paying at the door (€57.00).

Terminal 3

Austrian Business Lounge – Lounges located near gates D (7:30 am to 8:00 pm), F (5:00 am to 10:30 pm) and G (5:30 am to 11:00 pm). Snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, drinks. Access: with DragonPass, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, Austrian Airlines business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Miles & More HON Circle/Senator/Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€39.50).

SKY Lounge – Level 2, next to gates F and G, after the security check and before passport control. Open from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Smoking area, snacks, drinks, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, workstations, showers, conference facilities, fax, air conditioning. Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices (5:00 am to 10:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, mobile phone services and free Wi-Fi access. Conference and meeting rooms are available at the NH Vienna Airport and Moxy Vienna Airport hotels, both located within the airport grounds.

Throughout the premises there are cafés, fast food outlets, bars and restaurants.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the Departure areas, as well as fashion and accessories, souvenirs, spirits, newspapers, books, sweets, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, tobacco, toys, electronics, supermarket.

Baggage

Porter service and luggage trolleys available. Baggage storage and protective wrapping in the baggage claim areas of Terminal 1 and at the service desk in Terminal 3, from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. The lost and found office is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1; open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (online form).
