Travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, can provide proof of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within 48 hours of boarding. Vaccinated travelers are subject to systemic antigen testing or PCR upon arrival. The exemptions also apply to travelers age 65 and older who have received a booster shot after a one-dose vaccination. Vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) are accepted. Travelers can provide their EU digital certificate on paper or digitally as proof of vaccination, negative test result or prior recovery. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival.
